Purchasing Terms & Conditions

1.Serious buyers only. Strictly no backing out after confirmation of item availability.
2.Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3.All items are brand new and in good condition unless stated otherwise.
4.All accessories shown in the pictures are not sold with the garments unless stated otherwise.
5.Prices are non-negotiable.
6.Items are sold on a first come first serve basis.
7.We will confirm item availability and invoice amount within 2 days of receipt of order. Items will be put on reservation for you.
8.Please ensure that full payment is made within 3 days of receipt of confirmation of item availability and invoice amount.
9.All payments are to be made to our Malaysian bank account which we will provide to you or to our PayPal account (for overseas transactions).
10.Please drop us an email once you have banked in or transferred the full payment to our bank account. We will do the same once we have received the full payment.
11.Please note that all items are put on reservation for up to 3 days while awaiting full payment to be received. If payment is not received within 3 days, we reserve the right to release the items for sale.
12.Goods will be posted to you within 1 - 3 business days from receipt of payment.
13.A reference or tracking number will be provided to you after we have posted the goods to you.
14.Buyers are to bear all delivery and handling costs.
15.We are not liable for any damages or loss during delivery.
