| 9. | All payments are to be made to our Malaysian bank account which we will provide to you or to our PayPal account (for overseas transactions). |
| 10. | Please drop us an email once you have banked in or transferred the full payment to our bank account. We will do the same once we have received the full payment. |
| 11. | Please note that all items are put on reservation for up to 3 days while awaiting full payment to be received. If payment is not received within 3 days, we reserve the right to release the items for sale. |
| 12. | Goods will be posted to you within 1 - 3 business days from receipt of payment. |
| 13. | A reference or tracking number will be provided to you after we have posted the goods to you. |
