Description: Simple but sweet and cute - we're looking at a short Victorian-style collar, V-neck, striped shirt. 3 real buttons at the top (the rest are sewn on). Puffed sleeves with comfortable stretchable elastic at arm band. Comfortably smocked waist (and yes we just anything which clinches at the waist for that slimmer effect).
